Warren loves building homes. He takes pride in providing his clients with the highest level of service possible through the whole journey - from selecting the right block, guiding them through the design process, then handing over their home and sharing their excitement as they move in and start a new chapter in their lives. For Warren, there is nothing better. Based in Geraldton for the better part of 4 decades, Warren plays a huge role within the community and is part of a variety of sporting clubs - having coached, worked on committees and assisted with fundraising. Having worked in the local industry for more than half of that time, Warren saw a gap in the market to provide high quality customer care and client satisfaction within the industry. Together with his wife Janine, in 2016 began Warren Taylor Homes.

Mark has been a registered builder for over 25 years. Starting in the family’s local building company as a carpenter he then acquired his builder’s registration and ventured out on his own gaining a wealth of knowledge in construction. Mark has also spent a significant amount of time in the industry as a Construction Manager and Senior Estimator finding his niche amongst the prominent local building companies within Geraldton. Ensuring high quality standards and producing the client's vision are of the utmost importance to Mark. He understands that he and the team have their clients home - their safe haven - in their hands, the place that will give them lasting memories of the time that they live there.

Dom loves design, and seeing his customers fall in love their new homes. With his attention to detail and quality finishes, keeping on top of current trends and a strong customer focus, Dom ensures the WTH team are achieving the best possible results. With over 600 local properties under his career belt - many highly awarded - Dom has extensive building and design experience ranging from residential, project management and unit developments to commercial fitouts. Some of his favourite jobs were the custom fit-outs for Variety WA beneficiaries and their families. Dom’s family have lived and worked in Geraldton and it’s building industry since before he was born. Dom took the family career in his stride more than 15 years ago. He has qualifications in both drafting and building, plus has HIA Greensmart Accreditation ensuring he is the best person to provide “practical, affordable and durable environmental solutions for residential design and construction”

Having worked in customer service since her career began, Janine is well experienced and prides herself on being able to deliver nothing but the best. Born and bred in Geraldton, Janine loves living on the coast and the relaxed lifestyle our sunny little City offers. Beginning Warren Taylor Homes with her husband, Janine is proud to be part of the 100% family owned establishment with a small handpicked team to deliver quality and excellence in building the right home for you.
